This week was our throw back week meaning we only had to run 5 miles! My legs and feet and back and every part of my body thanks the throw back week! This week I tried out a new running group and went with the Saturday group versus Sunday. DAMN they are a blast! There are about 40 of us and all in different time groups. I have decided to stick with the 9:30's still although thinking on throw back weeks I may try to step up the game a bit and do the 9:00 groups :) !
At the end of our training this week the team greets you with bagels, muffins, donuts, bloody marys, mimosas and so much more, its insane!!!! What a blast! I didn't have my phone to take a picture, but next week I will for sure!
